Rrrrrrrrrrrarrrrrrrrgggggggggh (or whatever sound elephants and giraffes make in place of impressive photos which i have but not yet...) nice title!!!

Well well well...(haha you`ll see why that is so funny in a bit) it has been a long time coming but here it is, the end of my placement way oop north...two day left which is very sad but heres a summary while i have the time!

So we finished school last week, the 17th Nov, and i went to stay with an English family for reparations to my accent! Sunday we had a big get together of all the SIL missionaries as we do monthly where we sing pray and share fellowship fun and food! cheeeeeeeeese but great stuff. The Naines, a swiss american family living in Yaoundé came to stay for the week so we are 11 in a house, me on the living room sofa, not the most comfy but it does the job!

Having a fun break this week before heading home, eaten a meal with our househelps, millet boules and sauce, special stuff...watched a couple of movies while the sun still shines (solar pannels), gone on 5 wild geese chases for water (hence the well well well joke at the beginning) and best by far, gone on a kind of safari tracking elephants, giraffes, topi, warthog and herons, seeing a spitting cobra with a mouse in its mouth was an added bonus! Photos will follow shortly...watch this space. Was such amazing provision, to be amongst God's creation, as close as 25 yrds from a herd of 30 elephants! Incroyable!

So there is my update, sorry for lack of it so far, will try and update when back in Yaoundé.

Again watch out for photos galore hopefully when back in south.

A+
